It's blatently obvious these are crude attempts to get people to sign up to a paid service on the articly dot ai website. It's been three weeks, and the Trust & Safety team are aware of it (as you've noted), and yet the scam continues. I think UpWork owes it to the freelancers to act more swiftly than it is.
